1. We Have an Annual Broker Fee of ONLY $75.00

2. We Have a Transaction Fees Ranging from $100 Up to $400 per Referral Amount Received*.

3. There are NO REALTOR DUES!

4. There are NO MLS DUES!

5. You CAN NOT Sell or List Any Real Estate…that Includes Holding Open Houses or being an assistant to a Real Estate Broker. Essentially, all you can do is refer business.

6. You Have Access to Our Open Network Of Brokers for Outside Referrals and Out of Area Contacts.
